Mr. Reboulet started his civil
service career as a Coop student, from the University of
Cincinnati working the Iranian Foreign Military Sales
(FMS) program in the International Logistics Center at
Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Upon graduation, he accepted a

two-dimensional bar codes. Through his involvement with
the Electronic Industry Alliance (EIA) Product Marking
Bar Code Committee, the AF and DoD are testing a

have far reaching implications for maintenance and
supply functions. Starting inJanuary 1997, Mr. Reboulet
represented the AF on the DoD AIT Task Force. The Task
Force took a strategic view at the implementation of AIT
throughout the DoD. Mr. Reboulet is spearheading the DoD

ANSI MH10 standards for all high capacity AIT media. Mr.
Reboulet represented the DoD during negotiations with
the Air Transport Association (ATA) to move them to
adopt ISO encoding for their two-dimensional bar codes.
