Mr. Weaver is the founder of Intrinsic Marks International LLC
(IMI), a technology incubator. His recent work includes
the patent pending IMI smartShelf™ and related IMI
smartSolutions™; IMI ALF™ and IMI ALF-NET™ that uniquely
monitors, tracks and helps retrieve mobile assets; the

website that automates the ordering-through-delivery of
DoD Universal Identification (UID) name plates; and
covert automatic identification tracking and security
solutions.
Prior
to founding IMI, Mr. Weaver founded Hand Held Products,
Inc. (Charlotte, NC). Under his leadership as Chairman
and CEO, HHP developed and delivered the shirt-pocket
SuperTracker® computers to Federal Express Corp. used
1985 to 2000 to track packages and the HHP MicroWand®
(1985 first integrated contact reader and programmable
computer data entry device – no wires) sold globally to
commercial, industrial, medical and defense users;
custom versions to Roadway Package System, DHL and A C
NEILSEN; produced a custom data entry device for AVON
named POET; developed and delivered the HHP LaserWand®
(1988 first integrated laser programmable computer data
capture device - no wires) sold to warehouse, medical,
and commercial users; and developed a variety of other
custom hand held data collection devices used around the
world.
A
graduate of Wright State University, Mr. Weaver holds an
MBA in R&D Management and has several USA and
International patents.

retail, commercial, industrial and government areas.
