Rich Garber

Avery Dennison

During his twelve-year tenure with Avery Dennison, Rich Garber has held a variety of marketing and sales positions within both the base materials and converted products groups at Avery. During his time at Avery, he gained significant exposure to auto id applications by managing product lines related to laser, thermal transfer and impact print technologies. He has performed specification and design work for at numerous end-users. Among his accomplishments, he worked with Levi Strauss & Co. to design the original “size strip” identifying waist and length for folded garments that has since become a standard throughout the apparel industry.

Currently, as Business Development Manager for industrial RFID applications, Mr. Garber is responsible for creating partner alliances involving RFID programs and products.

Mr. Garber holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University.
